We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A or B Truck Driver to join our team. Responsibilities

• Transport goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants, customer locations or directly to farms.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Follow delivery instructions to efficiently meet delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Help load and mix crop protection and fertilizer products.
• Report defects, accidents or violations
• Assist production team when needed by operating plant equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Help maintain inventory of products

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner communication.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) 
• Physical ability to load, unload, and handle cargo as needed.
• Ability to work overtime during our peak season.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Hazmat and tanker experience a plus!
