Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service - Entry Level at AlfaMax Animal Nutrition, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Working remotely, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to our clients before, during, and after their purchase of our products, with a focus on promoting sustainable and eco-friendly.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Communication: Interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information about our product and services, and offer assistance with booking arrangements


Issue Resolution: Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions


Booking Assistance: Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria


Travel Support: Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions


Feedback Management: Soliciting feedback from clients about their product they purchase from us and their experiences, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction


Documentation: Maintaining detailed and organized records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and resolutions using our internal systems and software
Continuous Learning: Staying informed about our product, information, and industry trends to provide up-to-date and accurate assistance to clients
