Remote (Preferably based in Ontario or Quebec)

TIDE International Canada, Inc. is looking for a driven Eastern Territory Account Manager to lead sales growth across Eastern Canada — including Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing crop protection company at a pivotal moment, with 15 new product launches expected in 2025.

Founded in 2018, TIDE International Canada is a subsidiary of TIDE Group China, a global leader in post-patent crop protection products. Our Guelph-based office is surrounded by some of Canada’s most productive farmland. We supply branded and technical herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and more to Canadian distributors using a reliable, “make-to-order” approach.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow sales across Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes & surrounding regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Regional and national distributors
    • Independent retailers and key influencers
  • Develop regional forecasts and strategic sales plans
  • Deliver market intelligence (e.g., pricing, competition, demand)
  • Identify new market opportunities and product needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of agrochemical or crop input sales experience
  • Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a must have
  • CCA or other crop certification preferred
  • Willing to travel 35–40% of the time
