What your day looks like:

This position is scheduled for 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing
    • Partner with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, local outreach, and community partnerships.
    • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Candidate Management
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines for each site.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers across locations.
    • Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Coordinate start dates and onboarding logistics with site HR representatives.


Who Are You:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume hourly recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Preferably Bilingual, Spanish.
