What your day looks like:

Position Summary

The Jr. Sales Analyst will analyze sales data, manage client relationships, and help to drive sales for our egg marketing and production, pullet growing, and flock services. This role involves assisting with client communication, tracking sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales quotes for internal teams.
  • Provide input for sales forecasts and strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Address client queries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Support:
  • Support the Dutchland Farms team in developing sales plans.
  • Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.

Market Analysis:
  • Gather information on egg market trends and client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.

Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Use software or system to manage client information and track sales progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, agricultural science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry (specifically egg industry) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
