What your day looks like:
This position is scheduled for 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Partner with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, local outreach, and community partnerships.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Candidate Management
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines for each site.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers across locations.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate start dates and onboarding logistics with site HR representatives.
Who Are You:
Qualifications:
Experience in high-volume hourly recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferably Bilingual, Spanish.
