HANOR is one of the nation’s premier pork producers with operations across six states. We are hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Ames, Oklahoma Sow Production system, which includes 25,000 sows across four farms, three gilt development units (GDU), and a 200-gene transfer facility (GTC). The role also oversees nearly 120 farm staff and support personnel and reports directly to the Director of Sow Operations.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position focused on people, pigs, and performance. The Regional Operations Manager will:
- Lead and develop managers, supervisors, department heads and teams.
- Manage productivity, health, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards, reflecting HANOR’s stewardship values.
- Direct maintenance programs to support safe, reliable operations across farms, GDUS, and GTC.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in swine, livestock, or large-scale agricultural production.
- Strong people management and accountability skills.
- Knowledge of animal health, reproduction, environmental compliance, and facility maintenance.
