We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue growing by delivering excellent support and sales solutions to our customers.

Job Description

Inside Sales:

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and bids for customers based on their specific greenhouse needs.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or onsite with orders and product inquiries
• Process incoming orders promptly, track their progress, and provide timely updates to customers.

Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, shipping, and production departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Process returns (RMA), freight claims, and other service-related questions
• Expedite order processing and shipment when necessary to meet customer deadlines and expectations.

General Duties:

• Assist with answering the phone
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events occasionally to represent the company and support sales efforts.
• Perform other related duties as required to contribute to team success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or agriculture related field
• Experience in Inside Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
