Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing and developing a team that partners with the business to oversee the extraction analysis and presentation of data insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and set the company roadmap for various business intelligence platforms
• Oversees data extraction preparation and analysis process across various ERP platforms to identify trends patterns and actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design develop and implement business intelligence tools dashboards and reports to meet strategic objectives and established Service Level Agreements
• Manage operational budgets for business intelligence and analytics functions including spend related to cloud environments and offshore resources ensuring proper forecasting and allocation of resources
• Ensure the integrity security and accuracy of data across platforms while continuously evaluating opportunities to improve data collection and processing methods.

Education & Experience

• Bachelorâs Degree required Masterâs Degree preferred
• 7-10 yearsâ relevant experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareÂ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Qlik platform development and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Lakes Synapse Analytics and PowerBI.
• Experience with the SAP data model in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud platform and SAP Datasphere is desired.
• Experience in leading teams onsite and offshore.
