Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading IT change management initiatives that support the business in efficiently implementing changes to IT applications infrastructure or processes. The role ensures seamless transitions and minimizes disruptions to business operations working closely with stakeholders to assess risks and readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and readiness analysis identifying potential conflicts business process impacts and assessing organizational readiness for IT changes
- Lead the design execution and validation of IT system changes ensuring changes meet organizational standards and security requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to maintain understanding of existing business processes and impacts of IT changes providing input on transition planning
- Maintain and develop change management documentation processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes gather data perform analysis and report on the success of IT changes

Education & Experience
- Bachelorâs Degree required Masterâs Degree preferred
- 5-10 yearsâ relevant experience required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareÂ
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computerÂ
