Job Description:

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting various company functions including systems and technology enhancements driving process improvements and facilitating ERP transitions. By collaborating with business partners to gain a deep understanding of P&L make-up tracking and application capture this role acts as a critical liaison with key project stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations with minimal downtime or disruption to business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist profit centers with technology advancements and integration of identified enhancements.
  • Lead profit center integrations into the companyâs ERP infrastructure managing and executing all related efforts.
  • Collaborate with business partners and accounting teams to identify potential challenges and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Work with business partners and IS to plan the implementation of new systems technologies and operational equipment; ensuring key business process risks are reduced and aligned for functional future growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IS and business teams to translate critical business needs.
  • Partner with business teams to train develop and implement standardized processes that drive efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the businessâ system reports positions and gross profit tracking.
  • Support the IS team in improving reporting capabilities gross profit tracking position risk and business detail reports ensuring usability and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorâs Degree in accounting finance or relevant field required. Masterâs Degree preferredÂÂ
  • 5-10 yearsâ relevant experience requiredÂ
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailâÂ
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsâÂ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareâÂ
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computerÂ
