Position Overview

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams and functional areas. This role ensures strategic alignment to business goals manages program governance and drives end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions. The SAP Program Manager partners with project leadership IT teams functional leads integration partners and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value and enable enterprise-wide standardization simplification and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across Finance Supply Chain Logistics Manufacturing and other functional domains
  • Drive alignment between business process standardization and SAP best practices
  • Foster a clean core mindset to reduce customizations and technical debt
  • Provide executive program updates including KPIs risk profile budget tracking and delivery milestones
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance including SOX controls and change management documentation
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure contract adherence SLAs and quality assurance
  • Ensure integration across functional technical data testing and change management teams
  • Manage the SAP Integrated toolchain and drive a structured SAP activate project methodology
  • Manage readiness assessments cutover planning and deployment strategy
  • Ensure disciplined solution documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Oversee testing efforts and release management strategies

  • Provides technical guidance to employees colleagues and/or customers

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field required Master's Degree Preferred
  • 5-7 years of SAP project/program management or SAP Capability lead experience
  • Experience managing large multi-workstream SAP initiatives or S/4HANA transformations
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor/SI teams and offshore resources
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
