As we continue to grow and evolve we are seeking a passionate and professional Office Administrative Supervisor to join our Legal team at our Overland Park KS office.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient business operations. This role involves coordinating office activities managing supplies and resources leading a team of administrative professionals and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs hold third-party vendors accountable for their scope of services and coordinate office repairs/services to ensure the maintenance of facilities standards security and aesthetics.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and overall organization of all office areas including reception conference rooms break areas and general common areas.
  • Manage and execute the officeâs standard operating procedures and tracking processes.
  • Manage internal communications including office updates and newsletters.
  • Partner with various members of the office on special projects in-office & off-site meetings and events.
  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism of office administrative staff.Â

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a business or technical support or production team
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
  • Decisions are guided by policies procedures and business plan receives guidance and oversight from a manager
  • Typically does not spend more than 20 of time performing the work supervised

Education & Experience

  • Bachelorâs Degree preferred HS Diploma Required
  • 3-5 yearsâ relevant experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareÂ

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
