Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing primary support to the Originators and coordinating logistics for commodity shipments in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with contract maintenance and prepares settlements for customers
• Assists with invoicing and collections
• Manage customer problems with shipments
• Reviews receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiates the follow-up communication
• Handles corn logistics for corn coming into the elevator
• Assists Originators with any administrative tasks
• Facilitate trading activities when required

• Performs routine entry-level assignments with a moderate degree of supervision
• Has developed knowledge and skills through job related training or considerable experience
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
• Receives instruction guidance and direction in a positive manner

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• College Diploma or the equivalent in work experience
• 1-3 yearsâ relevant experience required
