The International Documentation Specialist provides oversight and support to the Merchandisers and Merchandising Assistants to ensure completeness of all international shipping documents for our Containers trading business. The position is responsible for documentation oversight including timeliness and presentation while maintaining a computer database of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the documentation and collection process from initiation of trade through final settlement.
  • Generate all international documents maintain database of export shipments daily and assist in management of receivable risk on all export shipments.
  • Provide logistic support on export shipments to both customers and traders.
  • Aid export customers in resolving documentation issues.
  • Provide customer service as necessary to both buyers and sellers to ensure customs clearance.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorâs Degree required or the equivalent in work experience
  • 1-3 yearsâ relevant experience required
