Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting projects processes and programs for our End User Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a basic understanding of the assigned groupâs processes procedures and systemsÂ
- Perform data entry and general systems administration
- Create and review spreadsheets reports statements or other related documentation
- Create update and revise internal and external documentation
- Support end users with desk-side support to resolve problems with equipment and software
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to users clearly communicating solutions and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
What is expected of you and others at this level
- Minimal job-related experience
- Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related major
- Current junior or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred
- 0-2 yearsâ relevant experience required
