This position is responsible for performing general fabrication tasks including operating fabrication machinery to perform sheet metal layout and welding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Operate machinery in the layout and assembly of routine fabrication jobs
• Perform basic welding operations and routine preventative maintenance of equipment
• Perform housekeeping activities as needed

• Has basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process
• Works within clearly defined standard operations procedures and or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines
• Works with close supervision

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• 0-2 yearsâ relevant experience required
