Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing knowledge and expertise in the operations space for our grain businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Directors with managing capital projects by sharing knowledge of the grain facilities and operational expertise on an as needed basis
• Leading special operations projects and offering strategic advice
• Continue to leverage operations experience to transition regions of our operations to the team of Operational DirectorsÂ

Education & Experience

• Bachelorâs Degree required Masterâs Degree preferred
• 5-10 yearsâ relevant experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareÂ

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computerÂ
• Travel as required
