Regular Duties / Responsibilities:

• Serve customers and take seed orders.
• Collate local seed orders and despatch them.
• Prepare chemical and inoculate seed.
• Mix seed as required.
• Data entry, including invoicing.
• Keep the Seed Sales area and surrounds clean and tidy.
• Maintain required stock levels.
• Research products.
• Assist with trial plots and field days.
• General maintenance as required.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Adhere to all aspects of WHS.
• Work with manager on all export, sales and purchasing.
• Cover manager when required to do so.

Relationships / Consults with:

• Maintain a good working relationship with others in Seed Sales, Despatch, Warehousing, Maintenance and all other staff.
• Be polite and courteous to all customers, clients and contacts.
• Concerns, including quality control and other issues may be taken to Brett or a Senior Manager.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not essential.  Training will be provided.
• Forklift licence.
• Chemcert certificate.
