Our company is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator and Farm Technician to join our team in the beef production industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working on a farm, with a strong background in operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various farm equipment, including tractors, balers, and other machinery
• Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Assist with tasks related to beef production, such as feeding, herding, and fencing
• Maintain clean and organized work areas on the farm
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the farm

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on a farm
• Experience operating farm equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of beef production practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
