Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Representative/Territory Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the beef industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural sales and marketing, as well as a passion for working with farmers and ranchers to promote and sell our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Provide product training and support to customers as needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events and trade shows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in agricultural sales or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the beef industry and agricultural practices
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
