At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. We are looking for a Change Project Manager to support the successful implementation of our Seeds Development portfolio. This role will work with various colleagues across Syngenta to create and build awareness of the business impact that Seeds Development delivers through this project portfolio. Core accountabilities include managing project portfolio tools and data while ensuring portfolio transparency across Seeds Development and with key business partners. The role also prepares the team leaders to share meaningful, consistent stories that highlight the capabilities and accomplishments of the team.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the Portfolio by ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and that information is maintained appropriately for each project

  • Support leadership on critical communications to support the governance, technology and data literacy initiatives within the project portfolio

  • Create and carry out change and deployment strategies, plans, and content that maximize global employee awareness and understanding at all levels

  • Partner with the Strategic Transformation Lead; drive the effort to build our library and communication of internal Seeds Development success stories as we move through transformation efforts

  • Collaborate with program and project managers to design and coordinate strategic dissemination plans related to the portfolio and change efforts in Seeds Development

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize participation at key workshops and customer engagements and prepare talking points, presentations, and other supporting material as needed

  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

  • Develop and maintain collateral to support SD project portfolios delivery of strategy; includes content creation for road-shows, monthly updates, stakeholder engagements, specific business change updates, town halls, training curriculum and other channels

  • Coordinate with Seeds Communications to align portfolio efforts with Syngentas communication initiatives and strategies


Skills:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field

  • 5-10 years experience in project management or corporate communications

  • Ability to independently direct and execute program activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills, analytical abilities, and business judgment

  • Ability to communicate effectively through visualization platforms

  • Organized, deadline-driven multi-tasker

  • Exemplary skills in storytelling, project management and new media
*Project management training or certifications strongly preferred


*Graphic design and video editing experience a plus


  • Individual must be authorized to work in the United States for Syngenta without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
