About this Job:Conduct project and functional portfolio analysis
and share details with relevant regional stakeholders to enable data driven
portfolio prioritization decisions. Drive cross-communication of data collected in
different demand planning tools for managing and reducing complexity and
increasing effectiveness, efficiency, operational innovation, and
excellence. Support NA Crop Protection Development (CPD) Project
and Portfolio Management Head on several day to day operations required
to promote standardization of
various global/regional project management standards, data quality and risk
assessment and management methodologies and data. Support/assist with the scheduling,
preparation and logistics for NA Development Committee, CPD Business Plan
Review (BPR) and CPD Management Team (MT).
Support the processes to enhance
project portfolio transparency, visibility, and tracing and measuring Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) in NA Crop Protection Development. Project manage
cross-Indication processes in Product Life Cycle Management in
collaboration with other Project Managers, Regulatory Product Manager(s) and
Commercial and Technical Product Management.

Essential Duties &

  • Support
    processes to enable portfolio delivery tracking, transparency, and visibility
    on timelines and reporting on KPIs. Track project and portfolio delivery via
    measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain
    reporting and delivery on CPD project and portfolio
  • Support
    CPD Project and Portfolio Head in effective planning and organization of NA
    Development Committee
  • Assist
    and lead coordination of Portfolio Definition Cycle (PDC) and connectivity of
    different project planning and analysis tools.
  • Conduct
    portfolio analysis required to enable data driven decision making by regional
    Management Teams
  • Promote
    and track Regional and Global data quality initiative implementation
  • Act
    as a team ambassador for Project and Portfolio management standard practices
    and ways of working in NA CPD
  • Secure
    effective stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, intervention and approval
  • Engage
    teams interface with Product Safety (PS), Product Technology and Engineering
    (PT&E), and Regulatory functions and manage internal and external resources
    to meet time, cost, quality and benefits case targets
  • Ensure strong and effective
    functional planning, project and portfolio management in various aspects and
    with multiple stakeholders


Education &

  • Degree:
    Bachelors, Masters, MBA or higher
  • Language
    Skills: Advanced English
  • Proficiency
    in data analytics using Microsoft Excel.
  • Project
    Management Certification: Not required for but expected within 24 months in
Additional Knowledge,
Skills, Traits & Abilities:

  • Minimum
    2-5 years of experience working in projects and data analysis in Excel.
  • Minimum
    2-5 years of experience in a technical role or equivalent or external
    experience in agrochemical or relevant industry and cross
    cultural/International experience are preferred
