Job Description:

smaXtec is actively searching for a Dairy Management Advisor to join its team in Oregon and Washington. This is a remote role that will require regular travel within this territory. 

As a Dairy Management Advisor, you will play a key role in customer success while they integrate smaXtec into their farm. You will help customers and their herds by installing the smaXtec system, conducting training on how to get the most out of it, and consulting on how to improve based on data gathered. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for innovative technologies in agriculture. 

smaXtec strives to establish a new standard of sustainability in the industry through proactive health, reproduction, and feeding management of dairy cows. 

Benefits: 
• Salary of $80,000 - $150,000 depending on experience with bonus potential

Job Duties: 
• Support customers with the implementation of the smaXtec system through onboarding calls/meetings and accompanying product trainings 
• Installation of the SmaXtec system on farms 
• Respond to customer enquiries in a solution-oriented manner 
• Establish long-term customer relationships and recognize upselling potential 
• Represent smaXtec at agricultural trade fairs and events 

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in animal science/agriculture preferred 
• 3+ years of dairy consulting or herd management experience 
• Valid driver's license
