We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team and deliver high quality repair and maintenance work on a wide range of farm equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment including tractors, implements, engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance such as inspections, adjustments, and preventative service
• Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Document all work performed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service manager regarding repair needs and timelines
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely access to required components
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shop and field

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a service technician in agriculture, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills for service documentation and diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
• Positive, team oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
