We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quebec or Eastern Canada within the Crop inputs (Chemicals). This position is on a contract basis and requires a strong background in Business Development and Strategic Management within the Agribusiness sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for business growth
- Provide technical knowledge and support to customers on various chemical and pesticide products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the Chemical and Pesticide industry in Quebec , Ontario or Maritimes
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
Salary:
$120,000 annual plus commission and expense reimbursement at actual .
