Seneca Foods of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, is currently seeking a Seasonal Human Resource Assistant to join its team.
Position Summary: Assists the Human Resource Manager with administrative duties including (but not limited to) staffing, training documents and logs; internal and external correspondence; FMLA administration and recordkeeping; and filing / documentation.
Responsibilities: Assists with Seasonal Staffing support including but not limited to data entry, filing, orientations, reporting, training and employee investigations Provides back-up support for the Human Resource Manager Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Must have good attention to detail and accuracy Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PPT, etc. Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality Strong oral and written communication skills Good organizational skills HR or related education/experience preferred Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience $15.50 per hour.
