Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for full-time Maintenance Mechanics.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintenance of corn building equipment, inside and out.
Conveyors, pumps, huskers, cleaners, etc.

Maintenance of other areas.

Supervision of seasonal production workers.

Sanitation of given areas.

Employee relations.

Appropriate budget planning and cost control.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Good mechanical repair and trouble shooting skills.
Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
