Fully run, operate canteen and provide daily meal options for employees.

Responsibilities:
Daily meal planning
Assistance in planning and accommodating meals for large group gatherings.
Preparing and cooking meals
Ordering all food, beverages, utensils, canteen supplies, etc.
Buying local produce and other fresh foods
Organizing and submitting till receipts
Acting as cashier when needed
Maintaining kitchen equipment
Creating and maintaining a food-safe environment
Supervising and training a staff of 10 seasonal employees
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
Good communication skills
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to obtain Food Service Manager and/or ServSafe certifications if needed.
Experience in the food industry is helpful but not required.
