Seneca Foods Corporation in Janesville, WI is currently looking for a Frozen Inventory Planning Coordinator to join our team!

Reponsibilities:

Monitor and manage stock at various locations for Seneca Frozen business
Ensure timely replenishment of inventory across regional locations on a rolling 7-week schedule to support customer order fulfillment
Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to anticipate inventory needs related to upcoming promotions, seasonal shifts, and sales initiatives
Regularly review aging stock and reallocate to appropriate locations to promote usage and reduce excess holding
Support frozen production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment
Monitor unplanned stock movements and adjust inventory plans and distribution strategies accordingly to maintain supply continuity

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Ability to work with a large variety of people
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
