Seneca Foods in Montgomery, MN is currently seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team! The Assistant Warehouse Manager will help with planning, organizing and directing the daily warehouse operations at our facility.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage Warehouse employeesSchedules and directs movement of productDirects labeling, shipping, and receivingCoordinates incoming freightCoordinates the scheduling of required maintenance projectsEnsure compliance with 100% TRACEABILITY policyCoordinates Safety and Food Safety program compliance
Qualifications:

Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to direct and supervise department employeesGood knowledge of warehouse operationsAbility to organize and direct multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh School education with some post-high school education/training or equivalent work experienceAssociate degree or above preferred2 to 5 years experience as a Group Leader and/or Supervisor involved with labeling, packaging, warehousing, shipping or similar field
Starting salary range based on skills, abilities andexperience from 70K-85K.
