Job Opportunity: Agricultural Work in the United States (H-2A Visa Program)

We are recruiting qualified workers from Mexico and Belize to join farms across the United States under the H-2A Temporary Agricultural Worker Program.

Position Details

• Hourly Pay: Varies by state (based on the state’s Adverse Effect Wage Rate)
• Housing: Provided at no cost
• Transport: Provided to and from the worksite
• Visa & Flight Costs: Reimbursed by the U.S. employer as required under H-2A law
• Work Environment: Outdoor agricultural work, variable weather, physical labor required

Preferred Experience

• We are looking for candidates with skills or background in any of the following areas:
• Mechanical experience (maintenance of tractors, machinery, farm equipment)
• Electrical experience
• Cotton gin or similar plant operation experience
• Irrigation installation or maintenance
• Cattle and livestock handling

Language Requirement
Bilingual Preferred: Must speak English and Spanish

• Must be eligible for the H-2A visa program
• Must be physically capable of performing farm work

Important Information About Fees

• Do I have to pay agent fees? No.
• H-2A legislation strictly prohibits charging workers any recruitment or agent fees. You should not pay any agent for an H-2A job.
• Are any costs refundable? Yes. Under H-2A rules:
• Your visa costs must be reimbursed by the employer in the United States.
• Travel expenses to reach the job (up to the point required by the program) must also be reimbursed by the employer.
