Schill Northland Farms Inc is a progressive Cash-Crop enterprise located in North-East Ontario north of New Liskeard at Earlon. 

We operate a large inventory of land growing Wheat/Cereals, Canola and Soybeans within 50km radius of our elevator/shop site. 

We are seeking qualified energetic individuals willing to work in team atmosphere. 

Successful candidates will be capable to learn and operate modern Deere equipment to perform tasks that include but not limited to: Hauling wagons, various tillage operations, fertilizer and spray application, Grain Buggy operation and supervised shop work including but not limited to equipment maintainence. 

Candidated will understand that hours can be long and determind by weather patterns and seasonal demands.  Class G licence manditory while class AZ would be preferred.
