We’re looking for a Manager, Account Management to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water—without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure. You will:
- Lead and manage a high-performing, non-commissioned inside sales team in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our diverse customer base.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust.

We need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. If it’s within agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, or related industries, that would be AWESOME.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a B2C environment, with all customer interactions conducted over the phone.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a high-paced, call center-like environment, handling direct sales to consumers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience leading onboarding and training programs for new hires in technical product environments, preparing them to handle high-paced customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up with leads effectively, ensuring timely and consistent communication to convert prospects into customers.
- Experience in customer success management, focusing on proactive customer engagement, retention strategies, and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with the product.
