Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Data Analyst in Winnipeg.  In this role you will work directly with members of the Data & Analytics team, as well as internal stakeholders across our various business units. This role will be involved in the creation and support of business intelligence reporting, data models and the growth of data literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data initiatives and define requirements
• Create data models for business intelligence reporting and develop related dashboards
• Provide support on reporting solutions and tools
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to aid key decision-making

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role using Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with large-scale database solutions
• Strong analytical, math, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in data modeling and statistical analysis, with knowledge of Python or R and related data tools considered an asset
