Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Comply with company policies and any training received at all times.
• The Health & Safety of yourself and colleagues is always maintained by following Safe Systems of Work, training and wearing of correct PPE as required. Reporting of Accidents, Near Misses and Hazards
• Ensure that the workplace is always maintained to acceptable standards to reduce to the risk of hazards.
• Ensure that plant and equipment is always operated safely & correctly to deliver operational efficiencies.
• Perform consistently and efficiently to ensure you and the production team deliver quality products, safely and to specification. Work as part of a team to support the day to day running of the production department.
• Support other areas of the business if requested to meet operational needs. o Raise and report plant defects using the CMMS.
• Support engineering activities as required to ensure timely manner of repair to minimise production downtime.
• Carry out any routine inspections of plant or equipment as requested.
• Carry out daily sample collection and inspection of grain samples – visual and moisture.
• Carry out hygiene tasks across the site as required to maintain standards. Internal Job Opportunity Experience:
