Position Summary:

ThePressUtilityisa valuable roleforany food manufacturing business. OurPressUtilities perform essential workperforming inspections and general sanitation of the pasta production areato ensure safe and edible product is produced consistent with food safety standards. This role performs strenuous workassistingproduction personnel with sanitation issues during start-ups, shutdowns, and routine production operations.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Performs in-depth cleaning of production lines according toMaster Sanitation Schedule. Monitors any wear on equipment for factorsthat could affect production, and communicates equipment wear per standard operating procedures

• Communicates equipment conditions causing sanitation issues that require attention during a periodic maintenance cycle event

• Maintainslogs for food safety audit purposes. Participate in departmentfood safety and safety audits

• Assistteam members with sanitation efforts on unassigned machines, andmaintain, and clean other areas, as needed

• Other duties, as assigned

Educationand Experience Required:

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Education, Experience,and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

• Previousmanufacturing experience

• Previousexperienceoperatinga forklift or reach truck

• Previousexperience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
