Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Pack Operator to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production readiness by stocking all required raw materials and packaging before setup
• Optimize operational efficiencies and minimize ingredient and packaging waste
• Maintain a clean, organized production floor and uphold quality and production standards
• Enforce safety, health, and compliance standards, including SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and HACCP guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to support production, warehousing, and shipping operations
• Participate in plant floor activities, assist with tasks, and recommend productivity improvements, including handling physical demands and weather challenges

Qualifications:

• Experience operating tractor-trailer and forklift
• Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in packaging/warehouse a plus
