Position Summary:

The MillUtilityisa valuable roleforany food manufacturing business. Our Mill Utilities perform essential work for performing sanitation services in the mill andassistingin performing maintenance repairs. This role performs strenuous work ensuring safe and edible product is produced consistent with food safety standards.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Performs in-depth cleaning of assigned equipment, spouts,overheadsand floors

• Assistsmill staff in cleaning chokes and working sifters

• Assistsmill staff with preventative maintenance and sifter repair on designated repair and fumigation dates

• Maintains sanitation schedule and other HACCP documentation

• Assistteam members with sanitation efforts on unassigned machines, andmaintain, and clean other areas, as needed

• Other duties, as assigned

Educationand Experience Required:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

PreferredEducation, Experience,and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

• Previousmanufacturing experience

• Previousexperience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
