Nous sommes actuellement la recherche d'un coordonnateur(trice) logistique pour notre bureau rgional de commercialisation de grain situ Boucherville. Relevant du directeur des achats pour l'Est du Canada, le coordonnateur(trice) logistique est responsable d'aider coordonner les activits quotidiennes lies la logistique des crales et des olagineux.



Responsabilits


  • Coordonner la logistique quotidienne des crales et des olagineux afin d'assurer le bon droulement des oprations
  • Grer les contrats d'achat et de vente et maintenir la prcision du systme interne
  • Grer linventaire du terminal afin d'optimiser le flou de grain et lentreposage
  • Traiter les bons de paiement des comptes payer afin d'assurer le paiement ponctuel aux fournisseurs
  • Collaborer avec les marchands pour garantir les rpartitions appropries


Qualifications


  • tudes postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe
  • Exprience en service la clientle ou en soutien administrative; lexprience dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique considre comme un atout
  • Matrise de l'anglais et du franais est requise
  • Comptences avres en gestion du temps et capacit mener plusieurs tches simultanes.
  • Excellentes comptences en communication et en organisation, avec une attention particulire porte aux dtails
  • Matrise des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, est un atout.

We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator located in our Boucherville Regional Merchandising Office. Reporting to the Director of Procurement Eastern Canada, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities in coordinating the logistics of grains and oilseeds.



Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate daily logistics for grains and oilseeds to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage purchase & sales contracts and maintain internal system accuracy
  • Manage terminal inventory to optimize grain flow and storage
  • Process accounts payable vouchers for timely vendor payments
  • Work with Grain Merchants to ensure proper allocations


Qualifications


  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support; experience in transportation or logistics is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a requirement
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is an asset.
