Job Description:

As a result of growth in our U.S. operations, our U.S. Country Office in St. Louis, Missouri provides leadership and support to our operating facilities and employees across the country.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the customer and our plant facilities or sales teams

Monitor and enter incoming sales orders

Create invoices and other documentation based on sales orders

Respond to customer requests for various documentation

Oversee and resolve complex order issues

Handle various customer service complaints

Prepare & analyze metrics such as on-time delivery and order/product changes

Qualifications:
Required

2 years customer service experience in an office environment

Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry

A customer service focus and ability to build relationships

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail

Self-starter; ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Asset

Degree or diploma in Business

Bilingual in French and English (written and oral)

Understanding of shipments and associated documentation

Experience in the agricultural industry
