Location: Remote (Must travel to Clifton, TX for training & quarterly meetings)

Compensation: Commission-Based - Unlimited Earning Potential

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Representative to join our North American team. If you have a background in Ag and a passion for helping producers improve their land, this is your opportunity to represent one of the most respected names in pasture aeration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and manage relationships with farmers, ranchers, and ag dealers
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and offer value-based sales solutions
  • Attend initial training and quarterly team meetings at our Clifton, TX office
  • Represent the RanchWorx brand at trade shows, demos, and regional events
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide customer feedback to help improve products and service offerings
  • Engage online communities (Facebook groups, YouTube comments, Ag forums, Reddit) to build brand visibility and generate leads

 

Qualifications

  • Required: 2+ years of experience in Ag sales or equipment sales
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, pasture management, and land equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Location & Travel
