• Process notifications assigning parts and labor estimates
• Check for PO's incorrectly charged to maintenance
• Review previous day's spend to ensure no incorrect goods movements were posted to maintenance
• Release next week's work orders
• Roll start dates on incomplete work
• Review all 'outstanding'PM01 and PM02 orders and ensure none are past due
• Coordinate service visits from outside contractors
• Manage maintenance plans (Create new, work with supervisor to improve existing, and create/maintain rebuild plans in SAP for all equipment including estimated labor and materials required)
• Setup new maintenance employees SAP access (Create account, request access, setup user, and train mechanics in changes in SAP/maintenance pillar)
• Maintain accurate equipment master data (Create new equipment, create new functional locations, attach documents to equipment, deactivate old equipment)
• Check for open purchase orders
• Order tools for mechanics
• Maintain mechanic training and testing
