Job Purpose and Impact

The Parts & Equipment Buyer will support the North America Food & Agriculture businesses sourcing activities. In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to support the regional category strategies.

Key Accountabilities

Execute medium and highly complex sourcing events.
Drive the implementation of regional sourcing decisions.
Provide inputs to the regional category team for category strategy development and execution.
Provide comprehensive understanding of regional stakeholder and procurement landscape.
Monitor continuous regional supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Follow established procedures to select suppliers for procurement of materials, goods, services and supplies.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of procurement work experience
Negotiation experience
Experience creating procurement or category strategies

Position Information

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from Wichita, Kansas or Wayzata, Minessota
Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $62,000 - 80,000.
