Administrator, Investor Relations - (Calgary, Alberta, Canada)

Reports to the Vice President of Investor Relations.
What you will do:
  • Plan and support of shareholder communication and interaction while maintaining the administrative aspects of the department
  • Work closely with senior management
  • Enhancing shareholder value by building an effective Investor Relations program
  • Co-ordinate press releases, annual report, and other media processes, including
    • Proofing and formatting of documents
    • Working and maintaining relationships with service providers
    • Posting to external and internal websites
    • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processes
  • Manage logistics for all Investor Relation activities, including
    • Diarizing and co-ordinating attendance at conferences, roadshows, and other Investor Relation events
    • Maintaining Investor Relations time lines for all events
    • Inputting investor meeting notes into contact system
    • Setting up travel arrangements for department and senior leadership
    • Providing support to Vice President of Investor and the IR team
  • Assist in the preparation and printing of investor presentations
  • Ensure the information on the Investor Relations portion of the company website is up-to-date and accurate
  • Input purchase orders and requisitions, as well as department budget and costs in the company’s enterprise and budget systems
  • Maintain shareholder distribution and targeting databases
  • Constantly look for ways to improve processes within department and bring them to completion
What you will bring:
    Prior administrative experience in a dynamic environment, previous experience in Investor/Public Relations would be an assetOver five years of related work experience in an administrative capacityStrong interpersonal, communication and team skills with emphasis on interaction with senior leadership administration and customer serviceDemonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and; SAP experience would be an assetAbility to work independently in a multi-task, deadline-oriented team environment, use appropriate discretion in working with confidential information, interface with various levels of management and support staff, and collaborate with account managers and external resources
