• Location: Anywhere across regional NSW or south east QLD

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a proactive and people focused SHE Advisor to help drive a strong safety culture across our NSW and QLD operations such as:

• Build trusted relationships across branches and teams
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Support injury management and return-to-work plans
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Travel regularly across regional NSW and QLD

What you’ll bring

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A genuine ability to build trust and influence others
• Experience in health, safety, or environmental roles
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence working independently and remotely
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
• Safety-related qualifications (desirable)
