This Sales Support Merchandise role is based at our Skipton branch, where our customers are primarily broadacre cropping specialists who rely on exceptional service and trusted advice. You’ll play a key role in customer sales and stock control, supporting our team and delivering a seamless experience to our valued clients.

A typical day may look like:

• Providing outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, supporting sales staff and assisting with counter sales
• Safely loading trucks and assisting with local deliveries
• Preparing orders for dispatch and merchandising the store
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented store environment
   

A little about you:

• Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Interest or experience in agriculture, particularly broadacre cropping, is highly regarded
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
• Forklift licence required and Agsafe accreditation is desirable
• Current driver’s licence required
