What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this key role provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to our Bourke branch while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued agricultural clients. It’s an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your career in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a range of administrative tasks such as processing livestock sales, debtors, accounts receivable and payable, stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
• Assisting customers with pricing and product enquiries
• Processing counter sales
• Maintaining and adhering to safety processes
• Coordinating the dispatch and unpacking of orders and deliveries

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience in a team support position within a fast-paced environment, along with a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• A current forklift ticket (ideal, but training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
