What You'll Do:

• Based in our Deniliquin branch, you will provide exceptional customer service by recognising customer needs, processing payments, handling after-sales support, and fostering strong, long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers
• Drive sales and business growth by promoting products and services, identifying new opportunities, expanding customer spend, and contributing to marketing and sales initiatives
• Support branch performance through forecasting, database management, market intelligence, and input into planning and budgeting activities
• Achieve and maintain a sufficient level of knowledge and skill in relation to the wider range of company products and services to facilitate referrals to other parts of the business
• Operate safely and compliantly by following EH&S policies and legislative requirements, while meeting the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift up to 20kgs

What You'll Bring:

• Experience working in a sales environment, ideally within agriculture or a related industry
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• A proactive, organised approach to work with strong attention to detail
• Sound problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely way
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve internal sales processes
• Current driver’s licence is essential, and a forklift licence highly regarded or willingness to obtain
