What You'll Do:

• Front-of-house merchandise sales and customer service
• Serving agricultural customers with chemical, fertiliser, and seed requirements
• Packaging, bagging, blending, and loading fertiliser products
• Loading and unloading customer and company trucks
• Supporting seed treatment and fertiliser treatment operations
• General warehouse and yard duties
• Opportunity to grow within the business and develop leadership responsibilities

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong customer service focus
• Computer literacy
• Forklift licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
• Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
